Hello everyone! So I just realized that I haven't contributed to this lovely little blog for quite some time, so I decided to give you all a little update! I'm getting ready to start school again and move in with Kaitlyn, Suz, and three other girls (one is mine and Suzy's friend from high school and two that Kaitlyn know). It will be amazing! To be honest, the thing I'm most excited for are the sports, but school should be good too...
A group of us hiked that wonderful mountain called Timpanogos this morning--that was quite glorious! That was a life goal of mine, now accomplished. We started hiking at like 1:00 in the morning and by the time we finished I went a lovely 30 hours without sleeping--probably not the best idea, but I managed to survive so it's all good.
I just had my last day at one of my jobs yesterday. The other one I'll be keeping during school. I'm still not quite sure how that's all gonna turn out, but I like working there, so it can't be too terrible.
Hmmm...I really don't know what else to tell you. I went to California a couple of weeks ago, that was amazing! Ken, Robert, Liz, Reid and I went on a little "older-sibling-road-trip" first and then met up with the rest of my family at our family reunion. It was one of the most amazing trips ever! It was sooo much fun. While there I accomplished another life goal. I went to a Major League Baseball game for the first time ever! It was incredible.
That's pretty much all I can think of! I'm still training for St. George again, but we have a while until it's time for that. Basically, life is good, Michael Phelps is my hero, I miss you all, and Olympians blow my mind. Love you!

Another update!

Hey kids! Just thought I'd write another update. So I moved out of student housing and into a new apartment a couple weeks ago!! It's a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom apt, and out the kitchen window is a little grassy area, a small basketball court and a playground! I've been the only one living in the apt for the past 2 weeks. One roommate, Tricia, has moved her stuff in but is out of town until Wednesday. The third roommate, if she decides to move in, is coming from Rexburg!! I FINALLY found a sweet "older" ward today...it's gonna be good! So I have a new favorite past time...it's called TUACAHN! Check out tuacahn.com! It's the coolest outdoor play thing ever. They are doing The Sound of Music, Les Mis, and Big River is starting on the 27th. So I went to the Sound of Music with the youth conference I did in June, then I went to Les Mis with my family when they came in July. A girl in my last ward is in it and gave our apt a few tickets, but then ran out. So, my old roommate, Cami and I decided we needed to figure out a way to go consistently without paying bank for tickets...so we started volunteering as ushers. We get in free and for every 4 times we volunteer, we get a free ticket! The cast is amazing (they have flown in some way famous people from NY) and they totally recognize us night after night. So if you guys wanna come visit, I'll get you in FREE! SO random little St. George fact, but I live about 5 min from where High School Musical 2 was filmed...I pass it every time I go to Tuacahn! Just wanted to say hi and that I love you all a lot! Hope you're enjoying the olympics!

and it all starts here...

So... not much is really going on in my life right now. It pretty much stinks for lots of reasons but im trying really hard to be happy! :D I just work all the time and get a break every now and then to play. My job is nice but pretty hectic. but........ there is some excitement that makes my life full of delight ..... cuz it all starts here ...

I have officially started my papers!!!! I had my interview with the bishop and it was AWESOME!! I started bawling on my way home. I just felt the overwhelming love of the Savior and it pretty much rocked. My name has been submitted so I can do the online application thingy ... so now i just gotta finish all my doctors appointments and all that jazz ... and then my papers will be off! :D

I once was lost, but now am found!

Hey all! So sorry, I didn't forget about you, but honestly, I forgot about this blog. Thanks Mel, for reminding me. BTW, so glad you got texting finally! So yeah, I've been totally isolated up here in Washington it was nice to hear about some of your lives! As for me, I'm sure you've heard, but I got a job! Woo-hoo! I'm going to be teaching kindergarten for Vallivue School District in Caldwell/Nampa Idaho. I'm at a brand spankin' new school called Lakevue and I'm so excited! I'll have 2 classes since kinders only go half day, that's sorta scary because then I'll mess up twice as many kids if it goes badly, haha. I'm still psyched though! I miss you all and just love you tons!

Summer is expensive dang it!

So first i must tell you all something very surprising that i'm not sure you'll ever get over........My car no longer sounds like a train! The Great Fushcia Spawn aka Erika is a new girl! She got a loverly 450 makeover including motor mounds (supposedly mine were very bad and they keep my engine from popping out of it hood). The wonderful benefits include
1 It's like a spanking new car
2 I can see out of my rear view mirror
3 I can hear my music
4 kassie can't make fun of her anymore
5 kaitlyn doesn't have to be afraid of it anymore

some of the down falls
1 I can't blame things on my "bad car"
2 no more butt massage
3 she is still always dirty

Anywho very happy day. Also more of the expensivness of the summer includes myhappy new phone! I just got it today when my mom kicked me off the family plan. Here's my new number if you didn't get the text 801-602-8813. Dude it has a camera!! and music! and all that stuff that my nephew made fun of me for not having! plus i have unlimited texting with anyone so feel free to just give me a sentence or two just for the fun of it! (happy chocolt phone btw)

In other updates i need to get me wisdom teeth out which is also another 3ooish dollars. I have a credit card bill now and my rent is due. blah so there is the complaining part over the cool stuff i got.

In other news you are all stinkers and need to update as well (agreed with Cathy)
